A: Take your rest day on a WEEKDAY instead. If helper needs to go out on her rest day, she should seek the employer’s consent to do so on a WEEKDAY. She must inform you about her whereabouts. There should be no meeting up with friends or gathering in public spaces to minimise contact between different households.

Select “check in” when entering and “Check-out” when exiting. If you do not have internet connection, bring along your work permit for scanning.

A: No, you are not allowed to talk to friends or on phone during your ride on bus or train. Practice silence journey.

Kindly return home after running your errands.

We know there’s plenty to celebrate, but hold their horses. It’s our duty to keep them safe and informed too. it is also important for us to maintain open communication with our helpers and provide them with the necessary support. I would encourage you to introduce your helpers to e-remittance and digital banking so that they can continue to send money to their family back home and stay home as much as possible!
Employer’s duties never end.
