This Covid-19 had changed the way we live. And this is the best time to up-skill yourself. Here’s what you need to know.

Usually employers during the interview makes up their mind during the first 3 minutes of the interview.

Do you make a good impression?

So today I am going to share with you 2 tips from a hiring employer perspective, what is the best response. Here are some examples of good answers that we are very impressed. This is not theory. We had taken notes some of the best responses to this question.

Tip 1: What value could you bring to the family?

When ask: "Tell me about yourself”, what they are actually asking is what are you bringing to the table? Employers pay to solve a problem, and if you can solve their problem, you are hired.

Tip 2: Be yourself but be your “BEST” self.

It’s like a coffee date. You just get to know each other. Make sure that you present your BEST self. Lead with your strong foot forward. You always want to tie back to what’s in it for them.

Here’s the best responses and we were very impressed. Use the two “S”.

1. Success: “I have been…” or “My background is…” Here’s an example: I have been a house manager for the past 4 years and I am able to work independently in big houses. You may ask for a reference check from my employer. Demonstrate what you are good at.

2. Strength: “My strength is…” My strength is cooking. I can cook western, Indian and Chinese cuisine. I love to go marketing and I love cooking. Show your employer your passion.

For new employers, here are some common interview questions to communicate. One of my favourite question is: "Tell me some things on your current schedule or routine that you do daily?" This is to tell whether she is a hardworking person. I love working with hardworking people and i can train them the skills easily.
